Becoming a Chicken

 

Regular performers, volunteers and helpers in the Vancouver burlesque community can benefit from joining Screaming Chicken. Our members can book the studio for rehearsals at no cost, temporarily borrow props and costumes from our studio, and be part of a unique and supportive community of fellow artists.

In return, members are expected to volunteer to help or perform at regular Screaming Chicken productions. Any profits from these shows goes towards supporting the studio, paying rent & bills and funding exclusive Chicken social events.

Anyone can apply to become a member of Screaming Chicken, but we do recommend you attend or volunteer at one of our shows first to meet existing members and get an understanding of the kind of shows we create!

Note: Application fees are non-refundable. If your application is approved, the fees go towards your yearly membership.
